WE SOLVE ALL YOUR DOUBTS

1. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO STAY WITH US?

The minimum age to stay with us is 18.

2. CAN I BOOK IF I AM 17?

There must be at least one guest aged 18 years or above per booking. Each 17 year old must send written permission from a parent/guardian with a copy of the same parent’s passport. This can be sent to info.bhmallorca@fergusgroup.com clearly stating the lead passenger name, arrival/departure dates and booking agent used. The acceptance of your reservation is at the discretion of the hotel and we politely remind you that we reserve the right to refuse your booking and/or at check-in. If in doubt, please contact us.

3. CAN I BOOK IF I AM 16?

Unfortunately this is not possible

4. HOW DO I CHECK IN ONLINE?

Check in can be done online up to 7 days prior to arrival. The link can be found at the top of the screen. All guests on the booking need to complete the process. If you require any assistance with this, please contact info.bhmallorca@fergusgroup.com

5. WHAT MUST I PAY EXTRA AT CHECK-IN?

A 30 euros deposit (per person) and the Sustainable Tourism Tax.

6. WHAT IS THE 30€ DEPOSIT FOR?

The 30€ deposit is a standard deposit for breakages. This must be paid at check-in and will be refunded on your last day when you check out at 11am.

7. WHAT IS THE SUSTAINABLE TOURISM TAX?

Visitors to the Balearic Islands are required to pay a Sustainable Tourism Tax. The charge will be 2.20 euros per person per day (VAT included). This is payable at check in.

8. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MY ALL INCLUSIVE BOOKING?
  • Access to Twisted Waterpark with 9 hi-adrenaline slides, jacuzzis and wave pool!
  • Access to all BH Pool Parties (pending confirmation of dates) 
  • Access to BH Fitness, the world's largest outdoor Gym. 
  • All Inclusive food from 9am to 9pm.
    • Breakfast: 9am – 12.30pm 
    • Lunch: 1pm – 3pm
    • Dinner: 7pm – 9pm
    • Between these hours, snacks will be served
    • Unlimited soft drinks
    • 6 alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, sangria, cava) per person per day to be enjoyed at lunch (3 drinks) and with your evening meal (3 drinks)

10. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MY BED & BREAKFAST BOOKING?

11. WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD AND DRINK MEAN?

Our All Inclusive food service runs from 9am to 9pm every day. Breakfast is offered in our buffet restaurant from 9am to 12.30pm, Lunch from 1pm to 3pm and Dinner from 7pm to 9pm. In between these times, snacks are available. Unlimited soft drinks and in accordance with local laws, 6 alcoholic drinks (wine, beer, sangria, cava) per day per person to be enjoyed at lunch (3 drinks) and with your evening meal (3 drinks). Our Bar service runs daily from 11am to 8pm for the purchase of additional local alcoholic and soft drinks

12. CAN I UPGRADE TO ALL INCLUSIVE?

All Inclusive upgrades are available. Please contact the reception desk.

13. WHAT VIEWS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE SUITES IN BH MALLORCA HOTEL?

We have 5 types of suites available at BH Mallorca Hotel. BH Suites with views of the hotel surroundings, BH Pool View Suites looking over our fabulous pool areas and waterpark. BH Pool Party View, BH VIP and BH VIP Premium offer vistas of our amazing pool party area (pool parties on selected dates)

14. WHAT VIEWS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE APARTMENTS IN CLUB B?

We have 2 types of apartments available at BH Club. Club B Pool View Apartments have great views of the pool area and our Club B Apartments have views of the hotel surroundings

15. WHAT VIEWS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE APARTMENTS IN BH MALLORCA APARTMENTS?

All BH One Bedroom Apartments and BH Two Bedroom have views of the surrounding areas of the hotel.

16. AT WHAT TIME MUST I CHECK IN / CHECK OUT?

You can check in any time after 14:00, and check out is before 11:00.

17. IF I BOOK CLUB B / BH APARTMENTS, DO I HAVE ACCESS TO BH MALLORCA HOTEL?

Yes! you have access to BH Mallorca Hotel including Twisted Waterpark, BH Fitness and Island Beach

18. IS THERE A SAFE IN THE ROOM AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Yes, we have safes in every room and this costs 5€ per day week with a 5€ refundable deposit for the key.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

19. DO I NEED TO BRING TOWELS?

 Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one hand towel for room use. We ask you not to take these to the pool or beach.

20. IS AN INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE?

Free hi-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole complex.

21. IS THERE HOTEL PARKING?

There is free street parking around the hotel and a public car park nearby.

22. IS ENTRANCE TO BCM MALLORCA INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?

Tickets are not included in the room price however they can be purchased via this web page.

23. WHAT TIME DOES THE BH POOL PARTY AREA AND TWISTED WATERPARK OPEN IN BH MALLORCA HOTEL?

The BH Pool Party area and Twisted Waterpark open 11am – 8pm. The waterpark closes at 7pm. These times are subject to change without prior notice

24. WHAT EVENTS WILL BE ON IN BH MALLORCA DURING MY STAY?

25. HOW DO I MAKE A BH VIP BED RESERVATION?

A BH VIP reservation is a great way to add a special touch to your holiday. We have Balinese beds available poolside and in the water. We have various packages which can include:

  • a Bali bed booking on one day of your stay (choice of day subject to availability)
  • a 70cl bottle
  • 3 jugs of soft drink or juice
  • Fruit or candy brochette

Each bed can accommodate 4 people. Bookings can be made via our webpage or with the VIP Team in the hotel.

26. WHAT’S NEAR TO THE HOTEL?

What isn’t?! You’re just across the road from the legendary BCM Mallorca and a few minutes’ walk from the nightlife and party capital of the World that is Magaluf. There’s loads of shops, restaurants, and we’re 5 minutes from one of Mallorca’s best beaches!

27. DO I GET BREAKFAST ON MY LAST DAY INCLUDED IN MY STAY?

If you have an All Inclusive or Bed & Breakfast booking, then yes. Breakfast may be taken before check-out time which is 11am. If you wish to extend your food and drink services until your departure time you may do so at the reception desk for a reduced price.

28. CAN I BUY AN ALL INCLUSIVE DAY PASS FOR MY DEPARTURE DAY?

Yes you can. These can be purchased from the reception desk.
Cost varies depending on dates.

29. CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK-IN OR AFTER CHECK-OUT?

Yes. There is a luggage room available to all our guests

30. CAN I KEEP MY ROOM IF I HAVE A LATE FLIGHT?

Yes, you can but this service is subject to availability. Please check availability and price with reception the day before departure.

31. CAN I PAY IN ADVANCE?

Yes, please contact us at booking@gchmallorca.com with your name, booking reference, dates of stay and hotel name and we will happily explain the process.

32. ONCE I MAKE A BOOKING, CAN I CHANGE OR ADD THINGS?

No problem! For reservations made directly with us, contact us at booking@gchmallorca.com and we’ll do everything we can to help!

33. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING A BH FRIENDS MEMBER?

BH Friends will have access to exclusive booking discounts, free room upgrades (subject to availability), discounts on our Clubs and get to hear all the news first!

34. HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BH FRIENDS SERVICES?

Upgrades are strictly subject to availability. For room upgrades please speak to the reception desk on arrival. For late check outs, please contact the reception desk 24 hours prior to departure.

35. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

This depends on your chosen tariff.

SEMI FLEXIBLE: This rate requires an advance non-refundable payment of 30% at the time of booking. Modifications can be made up to 72 hours before the arrival date. In the case of a no-show, 100% will be charged.

BH FREE CANCELATION: Free cancellation until 2 days before arrival. After this, a 1-night penalty fee is charged. Payment will be made directly at the hotel on arrival. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise (verify) your card, at any time prior to your date of arrival at the hotel.
